  • What is the Warranty?

    micro® products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for two years from the date of purchase.

    If the product has a manufacturing fault we will replace the faulty part in question .

    If it is not practical to replace the part we will, at our discretion, repair it free of charge.

    If the product fails due to wear and tear, accident, neglect or negligence, or if it is outside the one year warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge.

    Any breakages that occur as a result of tricks (i.e. where a scooter's wheels come off the ground) are not covered by warranty.

  • How do I get my scooter fixed under warranty?

    Our warranty covers manufacturing faults for 2 years. Wear and tear is not covered.

    To claim on your warranty we will need you to contact us, providing pictures of any damage and proof of purchase so we can review your claim.

     

  • What if I have a problem with my scooter?

    Check the information on our Maintenance page first. If you have a Mini Micro repair videos are available.

    If that doesn't help, send us an email explaining the problem through our Contact Us page, and attach a photo (jpeg).

    A picture says a thousand words.

    Then we'll come back to you with a possible solution.

     

  • Where can I get spare parts for my micro® scooter?

    One of the great things about micro® is that all of our scooters have replacement parts & they are easy to fix.

    If you are after a replacement part for your scooter these are available through the parts section of our online store, grouped by scooter model.

     

  • Can I order a micro® scooter from overseas?

    You can place orders from anywhere in the world, however we only deliver to addresses within Australia.

    If you are attempting to ship to an alternate country a list of distributors is available at the top right of the micro international homepage.

     

  • Is this scooter age appropriate for my child?

    All of our scooters have a recommended age limit listed in their specifications however the sizes and capabilites of children can vary greatly.

    If you would like to know if a scooter will be big enough for your child take a look at the handlebar height and compare it to the height of your child to get an idea of how it will fit with them.

    If you are still not sure pop into one of our friendly stockists and see if you can try one out.

  • Which scooter should I choose?

    micro® offers a range of scooters, suitable for all ages. These are grouped into age appropriate categories on the left of this page to help you choose the right one.

    Each scooter's specifications are listed per model on their page, so you can see the details and if it's right for you.

     

  • Should I choose a scooter with 2 or 3 wheels?

    Whether to choose a scooter with 2 or 3 wheels comes down to personal preference. We have scooters available for all ages and sizes.

    Our 3 wheeled mini and maxi scooters are a great way for young ones to become familiar with the concept of scooting and are very stable.

    We also offer our kickboard original and monster scooters for adults who enjoy the lean to steer mechanism of the smaller models.

    All our scooters are easy to use however and for those tighter turns, and for those who want to fold up into a neat package our full range of 2 wheeled scooters is also available
